About the Premium LED conference set

The Premium LED conference set is a fully backlit stand for companies that want their stand to be the brightest point in the room. It combines the adFrame Smart lightbox, 300 x 250 cm with LED edge lighting and graphics on both faces, with the adTribune Expo counter with its LED light curtain and white top. Together they make a bright, tidy stand that stays visible in dim conference halls and exhibition venues.

It suits companies that care about a premium look – consultancies, technology firms, real estate and others who meet clients at conferences, in reception areas and at events. The adFrame Smart in this set has a white frame made of recycled PVC, the only product in the adsystem range with that frame, and it matches the white top of the counter so the whole setup reads as a furnished reception rather than a temporary stand.

The lightbox is built from 12 cm deep profiles that go together without tools, with LEDs in the edges lighting evenly through the fabric. Adjustable support legs let it stand landscape (300 cm wide) or portrait (300 cm tall), whichever the space allows. The counter has an aluminium frame, a furniture-board top and side panels, an internal shelf and an LED light curtain behind the print. Every print has a silicone edge (SEG) and swaps in minutes.

The Premium LED conference set comes in one configuration: complete with the adFrame Smart 300 x 250 cm with LED and double-sided print, the adTribune Expo counter with LED and print, and a carry bag for the counter. Replacement prints for lightbox and counter can be ordered separately later. Upload your artwork after ordering and we will adapt it to the frame and counter dimensions before production.
